Security and workspace isolation are included in every plan. Access also depends on your role: a paid plan never gives every employee access to all personnel records.

Internal HR support requests connect employees with their company’s HR team; they are not priority customer support from Odren.

Add capacity, not complexity

Available with paid plans, within supported workspace limits. Add-ons increase capacity, not the set of paid modules.

5 additional active employees: €9/ month
1 additional jurisdiction: €10/ month

Start + 5 additional employees = €38/month for up to 20 active employees and 1 jurisdiction.

Maximum 100 active employees and 6 jurisdictions per workspace. Scale already includes the 100-employee maximum.

Upgrades and added capacity during the month are prorated for the remaining billing period. Your renewal date stays the same, and increased limits apply after payment confirmation.

Workspace & billing questions

Can I start without an invitation?

Yes. Create an account and a separate Free company workspace without a card. Email/password registration requires email verification before company creation; Google and Apple sign-in are also available in the app. As founder, you receive administration, HR and billing permissions in that workspace only.

How do I join an existing team?

Use an invitation from the company’s administrator. Registering an account, matching an email domain or knowing a company name does not grant access to its workspace. Already have an account? Sign in or open your workspace.

Where do I manage my plan?

A user with Billing permission manages the plan and capacity add-ons in Plan & usage inside the selected company workspace. Create your workspace, then select your plan and pay securely through Stripe. Paid-plan activation depends on payment confirmation.

Have a company voucher?

Enter it when creating your workspace. A valid voucher can provide a percentage discount, including 100%, on the monthly plan and capacity add-ons for its specified duration and eligible workspace allowance. Redemption conditions and expiry are separate, and account verification still applies. Promoter trial periods vary by offer; no standard trial period or offer stacking is promised.
